“I should do more marketing”

If that thought occurs on a regular basis then you are in the right place. You know you need more sales and more profit from your business, but how can you find effective, practical marketing tips that don't take up hours and hours of your time? What with production, administration, processing and all the red tape let alone things like children, animals and community committments you find it hard to carve out time for any marketing.

Wouldn't it be lovely if you could get regular 'tips' that you could implement quickly and easily? Practical ideas which would make a real difference to your takings.

Now you can, by signing up to my regular e-newsletter you'll get tips and ideas on how you can communicate more effectively for your business and build sales and profit. Sometimes the articles give you practical tips on writing, marketing, using social media like Twitter and Facebook or public relations, now and then we'll take a look at the dark arts of tribe building and exceeding your customers' expectations. You never know you might even get hooked and find you want to spend more time on marketing. Especially when you see results.

Juliet Fay helps you get more out of your rural business

I co-own a farm business (The Welsh Poultry Centre), as well as running a copywriting and e-marketing consultancy. My methods are tried and tested in my own and many clients’ businesses.

My background is very much at the coal face of small business, having co-owned two organic farm food enterprises, an organic box scheme near Bath, and an organic poultry business in West Wales.

I get a buzz out of putting ideas into action and seeing results. That's what you can expect from the tips you'll get twice a month when you sign up.

Back in the noughties, over 6 months I increased takings from our Farmers' Market stall from around £220.00 per market to over £1000.00 per market, after attending a workshop on selling.

Why would I give away so much information?

Like knives, skills can only remain useful if regularly sharpened.  I learn more with every workshop I run, every copywriting project I complete, every marketing action plan I write, every training course I attend, every book I read and every article I download.

I’ve noticed that my clients learn more too, when we embark on a project together.  They learn to look at their business from a different angle.  Many of my clients are hungry for this information.  Rather than repeat it to each one individually, I wanted to create a resource for my regular clients, and other business owners who want to find practical tips to increase sales and profit.

So the information in my e-newsletter is free.  There are other products for sale and workshops you can attend where you can learn even more by working in a group, but the e-newsletter is free.

What's the catch?

Oh yes there is one small catch. If you like what you read, I'd really like you to make full use of the FORWARD and SHARE button at the bottom of each edition and spread the word.

Other than that, you can sign up, get the free e-report, read the newsletters and then at any time, you can decide to unsubscribe.  That’s it.  You won’t hear from me again.
